In the morning:
It is not recommended using this product in the morning if you plan to go out in the sun as it may increase your skin's sensitivity to sun damage.
In the evening:
Use 2-3 times a week. Generously - so as to cover the entire face - apply the mask to clean, damp skin and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Rinse off any remaining product with warm water.
