Aroma: To obtain exceptional quality cognac, master blenders combine different types of Eaux-de-Vie in ideal proportions, and in the same way, perfumers create different accords and essences that then become part of the aroma. Angels' Share contains cognac essence, which is extracted from the drink itself and gives it a natural caramel color. This top note is followed by oak absolute, cinnamon essence and tonka bean absolute.
