2. Carefully roll the bandages into rolls, place them in a container and fill with liquid. To carry out one procedure, it is enough to soak the bandages in 50 ml. solution, the equivalent of which is a convenient bottle cap.Important! The severity of the cooling effect can be from moderate to intense and depends on the sensitivity of the skin, as well as on the amount of liquid with which the bandages are soaked: 50 ml of solution (1 full bottle cap) – moderate cooling effect; 100 ml of solution (2 full bottle caps) – intense cooling effect.
3. Close the container with bandages tightly; it takes a few minutes for them to be completely saturated with the solution.
