Thanks to its precise applicator, Le Rouge Parfum Liquid Utra Matte lipstick is easy to apply, creating a smooth finish.Choose your favorite shade and use the edge of the applicator to outline the center of the lower lip and Cupid's Arc - the tick of the upper lip.
Then connect the resulting lines to the corners of the lips. Apply lipstick to the center of the lips with the wide side of the applicator. For the most long-lasting coverage, do not close your lips for 20-30 seconds to allow the lipstick to dry completely. The lipstick can be easily removed with makeup remover.
