After shampooing, apply a generous amount of the mask to damp hair, from roots to ends. Gently massage and leave on for 10-15 minutes. For extremely damaged hair, cover with a shower cap and leave on longer. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For best results, use regularly.
