Cut off about 30–40 cm of tape. Wrap the ends around middle fingers of both hands, leaving about 5–7 cm of working tape between your fingers. Gently slide the tape between two teeth, curve it against one tooth, and move it up and down, getting just below the gum line. Use a clean section of tape as you move to the next gap. Use once a day, ideally before bedtime or after your main brushing routine.
