After brushing and/or rinsing (or as directed by your dentist), dry the affected area gently with a cotton swab. Apply approximately pea-sized amount (≈ 1 ml) directly to the problem spot using the tube or a dental-grade applicator. Leave the gel in place as long as possible, up to one hour, then rinse out. Use up to 3 times daily, or as instructed by a dental professional.
