Dermacol Precise black 20H Xtreme waterproof eyeliner is an extremely waterproof liquid eyeliner with a precise applicator. The thin tip helps draw the lash line accurately, making it suitable for controlled definition.
The formula is highly pigmented in carbon black and gives strong colour from the first stroke. It dries quickly, does not flake, and leaves a velvety matte finish.
The eyeliner is waterproof, resistant to rubbing, and lasts up to 20 hours without losing intensity. It is ophthalmologically and dermatologically tested, vegan, fragrance-free, and suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
