Use an eyelash curler for extra hold. Apply from the lash line, starting at the inner corner of the eye, and brush upward toward the outer corner. Repeat as needed for more volume. Use the tip of the brush for an extra push-up effect on the outer lashes. Remove with an oil-based makeup remover.
