This waterproof eye pencil delivers a precise, even line with a matte finish. The creamy texture glides smoothly over the lash line, dries quickly, and becomes smudge resistant for long lasting wear.
The formula contains a high concentration of pigments for intense color payoff. It is enriched with jojoba oil, cottonseed oil, and vitamin E to help provide a comfortable application. The pencil is ophthalmologically tested and intended for external use.
