Waterproof eyeliner with soft texture SOFTLINE WATERPROOF EYE PENCIL emphasizes or corrects the natural shape of the eye allowing you to draw a thin or wide line. Formulated with natural antioxidants, vitamin E and jojoba oil, this pencil is non-irritating and provides excellent coverage. The line includes both classic shades and 2 shades (No. 30 / No. 31) of Smoky with an even softer texture for flawless blending when creating smoky makeup. The packaging of classic pencils differs from Smoky pencils; they have a transparent cap and a different applicator shape.
The sponge applicator on the back of all pencils allows you to efficiently shade a pencil line or create smoky-eye makeup.
