How do I get a rewards card?

Download our app to your smartphone and sign up for it. You will get a Lime-level loyalty card in your personal account.

How to level up?

For purchases of over 2,000 QAR, your level will be upgraded to Silver. With purchases in the amount of 5,000 QAR or more, you will upgrade to the Gold level.

Points redeeming

Points can be redeemed when paying for purchases online or at the store. Earned points will expire before the end of next year. For example, points earned in 2024 will expire on December 31, 2025.

Points earning

For online purchases, points are awarded after the order is delivered. When buying in our offline store — after making a purchase.
