Apply a thin layer of the gel around the eyes in the morning before applying makeup. Smooth the gel over the lower eyelids from the inner corner outwards, then over the upper eyelids. Gently pat the gel on the eyelids to stimulate micro-circulation. For an enhanced anti-puffiness effect, store the gel in the refrigerator.
